PRoject 1: behind the scenes
This was my first project. A really run down condo that needed a face lift - actually more like life saving surgery! Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a balcony, kitchen and living/dining room were fully renovated. The condo was gutted and floor plan was reconfigured to create an additional walk-in closet for the second bedroom. Sold within 10 days with multiple offers, and more than 10% above asking.

PROJECT 2: BEHIND THE SCENES
Minutes from Facebook and Google, this East Palo Alto property was completely re-imagined. It was taken down to it's studs, redesigned and converted to a smart home to fit in with the tech companies that it is surround by. This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with all the modern conveniences.
For architectural planning, building permits, demolition and re-build the project took just over one year to complete. An additional 700+ sq ft were added.
PROJECT 3: BEHIND THE SCENES
Minutes from Google, this condo was updated to incorporate a flex plan to accommodate a 2 or 3 bedroom layout with 3 full bathrooms. Smart home features were added and green space was beautified to form a sanctuary minutes from work. This project sold during COVID for above asking.
